We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on your location and package size.

• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• All orders processed within 1-2 business days
• Signature may be required for delivery

In-Store Pickup

• FREE pickup at any of our locations
• Same-day pickup available for in-stock items
• Select your preferred pickup location at checkout
• Bring valid photo ID matching the order name
• Orders held for 7 days after ready notification

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking information emailed once your order ships
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to reschedule delivery or make special arrangements if the delivery time is not convenient
• We are not responsible for carrier delays
• We are not responsible for packages returned to shipper due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Contact us within 7 days for lost or damaged shipments
